iOS 10 might warn you when there’s water in your Lightning port

Sometimes our iPhones get wet and damaged, and sometimes we have to buy a replacement one for a lot of money. It's a terrible situation all of the time. But maybe soon we’ll have a warning when our phone is wet. Some betas of iOS 10 are reportedly warning users when there’s liquid in their Lightning port. This warning presumably gives iPhone owners enough time to disconnect their Lightning cable and let the phone dry out.
