iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, Apple TV 4K, and Apple Watch Series 3 preorders are now live

Preorders are now live for the iPhone 8, iPhone 8 Plus, and Apple Watch Series 3, following the announcement of the new products earlier this week at Apple’s annual iPhone event. The two new phones and the updated watch should be available now on Apple’s website and mobile store app, as well as through the various major carriers and retailers like Best Buy and Target. The new devices are expected to ship on September 22nd.

As a reminder, the iPhone 8 costs $699 for the 64GB model, or $849 for the 256GB one, while the iPhone 8 Plus comes in a $799, 64GB configuration or a larger $949, 256GB configuration. The new phones add wireless charging, an improved A11 Bionic processor, upgraded cameras, and a new glass-backed design, with a look that is otherwise pretty similar to the iPhone 7. Apple has also improved the the display on the new models.

The Apple Watch Series 3 is a bit more complicated, with pricing for that depending on whether you opt for the cellular version that supports LTE data, whether you get the 38mm or 42mm size, and which band you choose. That device starts at $329 for the 38mm sport band version without cellular support, and $399 for the 38mm sport band model with cellular support. For the larger 42mm size, prices are $359 for the basic spot band model without cellular, or $429 with cellular data. And obviously, if you opt for the more expensive leather or metal bands, or the even pricier Hermès or Edition models, you’ll see much higher prices in the four-digit range.

The new Apple TV 4K is also available for preorder. The latest Apple TV with support for 4K HDR videos will be available on September 22nd for $179 with 32GB of internal storage or $199 with 64GB.

Not available quite yet is the new flagship iPhone X, which won’t have preorders live until October 27th with a ship date of November 3rd.
